Rich Donovan

Rich Donovan is a Managing Partner of IPS. Rich worked as a Vice President at Merrill Lynch & Co in the role Portfolio Manager in New York City. While churning out an average annual return of 17%, Rich was a key change agent at Merrill to put measurable results behind disability and ensure that it became a recognized pillar of the firm’s diversity strategy.

Rich is the founder of LIME, a New York-based not-for-profit delivering economic empowerment to people with disabilities. With its partners – B of A/Merrill Lynch, PepsiCo, Google, Target and Goldman Sachs – Lime approaches this space with a ‘rational edginess’ to combat the existing ‘radioactive’ brand of disability in connecting talent and opportunity in the workplace.

Rich is a recipient of Merrill Lynch’s 2006 Leadership in Diversity and Inclusion Award in recognition of the results Lime produced for the firm, The Life Without Limits 2008 Award of Excellence and was honored as a Champion of Change’ by the Bubel/Aiken Foundation. He serves on the board of directors of The United Cerebral Palsy Associations and the Cerebral Palsy International Research Foundation. Mr. Donovan, who happens to have cerebral palsy, holds a B.B.A from Schulich School of Business at York University and an M.B.A from Columbia Business School. Rich is an avid sailor.

Dustin Longstreth

Dustin Longstreth is a Managing Partner of IPS. He is a founding board member and an original apostle of LIME, a New York-based not-for-profit dedicated to delivering economic empowerment to people with disabilities. Dustin was a founding partner of The New York Branding Company, a brand strategy consultancy that outsources talent to top NYC based agencies.

Prior to founding NYBC, Dustin was a director of brand strategy at CBX and Wallace Church where his clients included Pepsico, General Mills, Del Monte, M&M Mars, The Scotts Company, LifeStyles, McNeill Nutritionals and Wine Enthusias Companies among many others.

Dustin has been a featured speaker on the topics of strategic branding, innovation and the alignment of disability initiatives with core business objectives. He is a graduate of the Actors Theatre of Louisville conservatory training program and holds an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
